Every road user. Every claim we can run.
Drivers. Passengers. Motorcyclists. Cyclists. Pedestrians. Rideshare.
If a motor vehicle was involved and you were hurt — whoever you were, wherever you were — NSW MAIA 2017 probably entitles you to something. The specifics differ by category. The result is the same: one call, one claim, pursued end to end. Had a car accident? Call Accident Hub.

Tap the one that matches. Each page covers the category-specific claim rules — passengers don't sue drivers, cyclists claim against the car's CTP, at-fault riders still get 52 weeks.
Drivers
Behind the wheel when it happened. At-fault, not-at-fault — you have a compensation claim either way if you're injured.
See what you're entitled toPassengers
You have a CTP claim against the driver's insurer — regardless of who caused the crash. Most passengers don't realise.
See what you're entitled toMotorcyclists
Often blamed or dismissed by insurers. We take you. Serious injuries often unlock non-threshold damages.
See what you're entitled toCyclists
Hit by a motor vehicle? The car's CTP is your cover — you don't sue the driver personally.
See what you're entitled toPedestrians
Struck on foot — on a crossing, in a car park, on a driveway. The strongest claims in NSW.
See what you're entitled toRideshare
Uber, DiDi, Ola — drivers and passengers. CTP covers both, plus the platform contingent layer.

However you were involved, the work is the same
Under the NSW Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017, a compensation claim covers anyone injured as a result of a motor vehicle being used on a road. It doesn't matter if you were behind the wheel, buckled into the back seat, riding a bike, crossing on foot, or working as a rideshare driver.
The rules differ a little at the edges — whether a motorcyclist was filtering legally, how a passenger's claim runs against their own driver's CTP, which platform insurance layer responds for rideshare. But the bones of the claim are the same every time: lodge inside 28 days, start income support, get treatment approved, pursue damages where eligible.
