The service that takes the calls law firms won't.
NSW's first end-to-end motor accident compensation service.
Traditional compensation law firms run on contingency — they take a cut of your damages. That means at-fault injured drivers, threshold injuries, and anyone without a damages claim gets turned away. We don't work that way. We take every customer. Had a car accident? Call Accident Hub.
Compete with compensation law firms by taking every customer
The NSW compensation law category is crowded and structurally identical. Nine big firms, same business model: take the damages claim, run on contingency, decline anyone without a damages position. That model filters out the at-fault injured driver who still has 52 weeks of statutory benefits coming. It filters out the threshold-injury claimant whose numbers don't work for a contingency firm. It filters out a lot of people who are still entitled to something real under MAIA 2017.
We built Accident Hub as the alternative. Same law, wider door. We pursue the same compensation claim — statutory benefits for everyone, damages for non-threshold not-at-fault claimants — under the same NSW MAIA 2017 regulated legal costs. What's different: we take every customer, and we don't cut a contingency from your damages settlement.
The car side, the medical coordination, the insurer admin — all the bits a law firm won't touch — get handled behind the scenes as part of your claim. Not as separate services. Not for extra money. Just as part of running your file properly.

Four things we hold the line on
Not slogans. Standards.
Every customer
At-fault, not-at-fault, threshold, non-threshold, hit-and-run. We take the call. Most compensation law firms won't. That's the moat.
Check your entitlements100% of your damages
We don't take a contingency cut. Same regulated MAIA 2017 legal costs as any firm — but your damages settlement is yours.

A named case manager owns your claim from the first call through to settlement. One number, one running story.
How we run itBeing clear about this matters
Accident Hub is not a law firm. Legal representation on your compensation claim is part of the service — run by a qualified NSW legal practitioner, on your file, talking to your case manager. We don't trade under a solicitor's practising certificate and we don't pretend to.
Accident Hub is not an insurer. We don't sell CTP or comprehensive. We lodge your claim with the right existing insurer and pursue it end to end.
Accident Hub is not a medical clinic. We don't treat you. We coordinate with the right GP, physio, psychologist, or specialist and make sure treatment is paid through CTP.
Accident Hub is not a repair shop. The car side gets coordinated behind the scenes — through insurers and qualified operators — as part of running your compensation claim. Not our headline. Not a separate product.
What we are is the compensation service that takes every customer — at-fault, not-at-fault, threshold, non-threshold — and runs the claim end to end. That's the job.
