You were behind the wheel. You have a compensation claim.
Drivers — every fault status, every injury combination.
Under NSW MAIA 2017, every injured driver is entitled to up to 52 weeks of statutory benefits — income, medical, rehab — regardless of fault. Not-at-fault, non-threshold injured drivers get damages on top. Had a car accident? Call Accident Hub.

Three pieces that matter
Fault and injury class decide the details. The headline doesn't move much.
Statutory benefits
Up to 52 weeks of income support (95% of pre-accident earnings for the first 13 weeks, stepping down). Medical, rehab, psych paid through CTP. Runs regardless of fault under MAIA 2017.
Check your entitlementsDamages (non-threshold, not-at-fault)
Lump-sum payout for pain, suffering, and future loss. Available for fractures, nerve damage, TBI, recognised psychiatric illness — and only when fault sits elsewhere.
The full claimAt-fault still qualifies
Most law firms won't touch at-fault claims because there's no damages contingency to cut from. We take them — the 52 weeks of statutory benefits are still yours.
The at-fault routeWhat actually depends on fault
People think fault decides everything. It doesn't. Under NSW MAIA 2017, the first 52 weeks of statutory benefits — weekly income support and medical — are paid regardless of who caused the crash. At-fault drivers get the same early care as not-at-fault ones.
What fault actually changes:
- Damages. Only available if you're not at fault (or partly at fault under 61%) and your injury is non-threshold.
- Benefits past 52 weeks. Not-at-fault non-threshold claimants continue to receive weekly and medical benefits. At-fault claimants hit the 52-week wall unless the injury is catastrophic.
- Your car. Coordinated behind the scenes as part of your claim. Repair and replacement sit with insurers — not a centrepiece here.
We take every combination. No one gets turned away at the door.
